What online shopping customers want?

Online shopping has its own benefits and traditional one have its own. A war is going on at its fullest but since the customer base is increasing and due to shift in the higher income groups by large no os people, we don't feel its heat. But in coming times we will surely feel its heat when the situation will be exacerbating. But if we leave this there is a feel of shopping when we visit shops they treat us nicely, help us in choosing, and this makes us feel great and this is what missing in online shopping. hence online shopping sites have to make some extra efforts to make up for this loss of customers.

Now question arises what they can do, to provide some ultimate shopping experience to customers. First thing they should do is create a very good shopping environment on their website to give us feel that people are doing shopping. Some extra offers can also work fine with the clients. Nice customer care officials. And what is always missing is the eCommerce not taking and heed to make a relation with the customers. They will send unwanted and irritating mails but nothing concrete is done by them to make a relation with the clients. They make least efforts to make customers feel special,  they just things customers are money making machines for them.

This should not be done, they can contact the customers through message regularly, try to make a relation, some customers can be sent gifts also during festivals. An effort completely seems missing their part. This will help them only in more positive ways.
